Section 10-2 Open Burning
It shall be unlawful for any person
to cause or promote the burning of any material, substance, or matter,
other than wood, paper, or leaves within the corporate limits of the city.
Section 20-9 Disposal
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person
to burn solid waste excepting leaves and yard wastes unless an approved
incinerator is provided or unless a variance has been obtained from the
appropriate air pollution control agency. Leaves and yard wastes
may not be burned except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
